I got my 294rk yesterday.. Got it set up in the driveway and water is leaking from under the shower. Called the dealer they asked if we wanted to schedule a service call.. Any ideas for a fix? Really hate to take it back to the dealer 2 days in.

Guessing the faucet is leaking. Did you test the shower via city water and using water pump during your PDI?

The dealership completed the PDI, but it was still winterized when I received it, so I’m guessing they never ran water through it.

When I dropped it off, the service advisor initially thought the issue was with the faucet. Later, they called to say it was leaking through the shower door and that I could pick it up the next day. However, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, they discovered more water. They plan to apply silicone to the shower door to try to stop the leak. They also mentioned that they were able to dry out the soaked wood under the shower. I might be able to pick it up today.

In my first week of ownership, it has spent most of the time in the shop. I’ve had it in my possession for less than 24 hours. Hopefully, things get better.

I would be shocked to see water that happen to make it's way out of the shower door....through the door rail...out to the main floor and THEN all the way to the basement. You would have to have a LOT and I mean a LOT of water getting out to make it that far. I still think you have a faucet issue or a bad PEX connection.

Mine had a leak at the drain to shower pan that was leaking down to the storage area. Ours is a '24 385FL. It was a fairly easy fix by unscrewing the drain and putting rubber gasket in the proper position on the bottom side of the fitting. If you can see a black rubber gasket on the top side of the shower pan, it's in the wrong position and will leak.
Good luck finding yours,
Bruce
