I just brought home a 292rl and cannot get the furnace to start. I did the on and off switch as well breaker. Gas is on. The thermostat in the BR was set to heat as well as desired temp.

I have three thermostats in my rig. Only the one middle one in the kitchen runs the furnace. The one in my bedroom just does the air in that room.

the one I have in the kitchen is a remote. According to the dealer the BR one controls the furnace as it has a heat mode. Very silly place for a thermostat on my wife's side of the bed.

The group may be more helpful if you would describe exactly what you are doing to get the furnace operating, and also exactly what the furnace is doing. Is this your first time trying to operate the furnace? If it's a Suburban, have you assured the maintenance switch at the furnace opening is off?

Share pictures of the thermostat, they should show, on/off/heating/ac, cycle through. The one for heating should be on only one

We have a new 262 with the round bedroom thermostat and it was finicky when running the furnace. I had to toggle through, heat, AC, back to heat before it would turn on the furnace. It works fine but took a few tries. And the smell was almost toxic from the fabric/plastic ductwork. The smell dissipated after a few furnace runs. Also, I checked the ductwork and several places were torn where the installers yanked it through a too small opening. I fixed it with...duct tape.

Pull the thermostat off and see if there is a brown wire running to the "W" terminal on the thermostat. If not, it is probably on the thermostat by the coffee hutch. If on neither, it may have come loose. You can find the furnace thermostat control wiring if you pull out the drawer on the wardrobe in the bedroom. There will be a set of blue/brown wires coming from the furnace...those are your thermostat control wires.
