262rb first test

Well we finally picked it up and took it for a test. Found the slide crushed the foldable countertop into cabinet. Left recliner seems bent and is very hard to lay back, under lights work when they decide too. The heater runs every 5 min lol.
We love the layout and all about it but definitely some issues that shouldn't be.

Any chance the folding countertop wasn't closed all the way? That slide must have come in/out many times before you purchased the RV and it hadn't been damaged by the slide.

Or no one caught the damage till I did. The dealer powered it in and I towed home. At the time of picture I hadn't operated the slide and you can see the top of dinette door hits the bottom of counter.

i just traded for a 262rb. shakedown test in myrtle beach for five days. the rig performed flawlessly. only problem we had was a loose screw under the slide floor working its way out while being retracted. it left a nasty gouge in the floor next to the trash can cabinet. filled it with some colored caulk. i put in a new mattress(10" serta from wal-mart for $350). great product.
