26 Alliance Valor 23t15 no hot water

Hey we are out on our first trip getting everything set up and for the life of me I cannot get hot water to the bathroom sink or bathroom shower or outdoor tap

Kitchen hot water works great. I have tried leaving kitchen hot water on and running other taps hoping for a prime with no luck. Obvs the hot water on demand works fine

Rear of hot water demand has one line coming off it with no hidden valve

From kitchen line it runs under floor cannot find another manifold or valve

Anyone have any other ideas? It’s acting like there’s another hidden valve or manifold under the floor or behind some panel but I have looked everything

I assume you can get cold water at the mentioned taps... Check the wet bay spray hose valves. If they're both left open it can let cold water flow into the hot water line. "Path of least resistance" thing.

Yes I have traced everything as far as I can, this trailer is turning out to be a nightmare,

Not happy at all none of the 120v plug ins work except for the microwave as well, all breakers and fuses are good I feel whoever built this did not do a good job

I have ran each valve in every which way combination including the correct way, and only hot water to kitchen sink it feels like u get a blip of hot water to bathroom after kitchen has been on but then instantly gone

If I run kitchen sink . Then it doesn’t matter hot or cold tap in bathroom I will get a blip of hot water then cold . Something is plumbed backwards I just cannot find it

Have you checked your GFI reset buttons at the outlets?

Can you share a little more about your water system. Do you have a manifold in the wet bay?
Newer units were using manifold with individual branch shut off valves.

Also as George suggested, double check your outdoor spray port faucet knobs to ensure that they are both turned off.

Upon inspection I have found the water lines were not plumbed correctly, this is our first trip out and it’ll the dealer travel land rv airdrie said they did there release inspection

But

The hot water in demand hot outline line goes under the shower then a fitting directly to the kitchen sink

The other hot lines beside it running to shower and bathroom tap are teed into the hot water bypass valve

The problem is the main line coming off the hot water in demand should either b teed into bypass valve or ran directly to it then branch off to the rest of the hot lines

Numerous issues with this new trailer since we bought it. From electrical now to plumbing and we have owned it 2 months.

I could fix this out here with pex quick couplers etc but that’s not up to me this trailer is brand new 100k. Cad

I’m not sure how they missed this along the way of all the inspections it should of gotten,

I went as far as bypassing and removing the outdoor tap and shower mix valve and bathroom sink valve no difference

This issue it nothing from the hot water on demand is tied into the water bypass valve which feed the trailer

Kitchen sink has a direct line to the hot water on demand and that’s it

Very frustrated

Also no manifold like the 5th wheel

Sorry your having issues, silly question are you sure the water heater bypass valve is set in the correct direction?

Have two friends with other brands and we found the water heater bypass was left in bypass mode in both cases.

Yes I have tried every combination I even took the fittings off everything backside of manifold panel to ensure bypass was functioning even with the line off the back zero flow to bypass

Some questions on your statements:

You have a Valor (fifth wheel) but say "Also no manifold like the 5th wheel". ???
Then you say "took the fittings off everything backside of manifold panel". ??? Do you have a manifold or Nautilus panel?

If you have a 4 knob Nautilus panel you might get some ideas from referring to the diagrams in the resources section of this forum. Sepcifically https://alliancervowners.com/forum/resources/nautilus-p4-panel.60/ I believe these apply to On-Demand water heaters too.

In those diagrams you may notice the water heater bypass valve is on the water heater INLET not on the outlet side. You state "main line coming off the hot water in demand should either b teed into bypass valve". It should not be.

If the water heater outlet goes under the shower then tees off to the kitchen ("then a fitting directly to the kitchen sink") how could it not be supplying the shower with hot water?

I hope the diagrams help you some.

I have a Valor 23T15 bumper pull, i was out camping using my phone to post on here if i made a mistake that is why.

Unit is currently at dealership awaiting inspection
The line from the hot water on demand goes under the shower hits a fitting to change directions and goes straight to the sink
Right beside it is the lines coming from the bathroom sink and shower. hot and cold both are teed into main line going to hot water bypass valve
The kitchen sink has a direct line with no t coming off it to how water on demand. you can see there is a tee installed on the lines going to the bathroom sink and shower but it is blanked off. i believe the kitchen sink direct line should be teed into the t that is blanked off.
I tried every valve in every combination and 0 water comes out of hot water tap in shower and bathroom sink and the kitchen sink rips hot water like no tomorrow.
Something is incorrect, i have good experience with this stuff i have owned a trailer for 20 years. it will be interesting to see what they find

red- hot water on demand to kitchen sink
blue- shower hot
yellow- bathroom sink tap
This location is under shower beside yellow u can see a capped off t.
unless the kitchen ones tees underneath where i couldnt see and its pinched, thats the only other scenario
0 hot water on either line at bypass valve regardless

yes knobs were closed. 0 water at all coming out of hot taps no matter what i did. the dealer has been good so far, i have a issue with floor lifting as well and alliance has told me its normal. i have had wall panels popping out. im holding my breathe this will be all the issues i have to endure being new.
