2026 40V13 days old TV slide not working

Had issues with my dealer took 3 weeks to get this camper and 3 trips 2.5 hours away one way. Got it home, set it up in the driveway and the tv slide came out crooked. Went to slide back in a few days later and only one side comes in. The other you can push a few inches at a time. I’ve looked at the owners manual and videos. One issue is I can’t find slide controller. Second owners manual gives very confusing info. Any help is appreciated.

The controller could be anywhere, but they normally try to keep it some what close. Check compartment ceilings, check basement ceilings, check behind the Natulis Panel on the ceiling. If you can see the wiring, follow it and it will lead you there.
Only the BAL Exact slide has a controller, head out to the bal rv products website, it has great videos on product support.

Not real helpful but I have a 2024 310rl and the BAL Exact slide mechanism and this weekend one of the plastic gears in the motor stripped. This also renders the manual bypass useless.
