2025 Valor 36V11 Questions

We just picked up our 36V11 yesterday, so the better part of today was spent setting things up and trying to figure out how everything works. This is our 4th camper, so we aren't new to this, but it is our first toy hauler and the biggest camper yet. Like the kids, they just keep growing. There are a couple of questions that I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with:
1. What kind of hooks go in the tracks in the garage floor for tie-downs? Should there have been any included with the camper?
2. Does Alliance plan to publish an Owner's manual that is updated for the current equipment? Many of the sections in the manual currently available do not reflect what is installed in our unit. A general coach layout that shows rough locations of components would be great.
3. What is supposed to be included in the bag that comes with the camper? It looks like ours has been through a tornado. I can probably look the missing ones up on line, but I really like to have hard copies when I have to troubleshoot something, or even just standing in front of it learning how it works. Notable ones that I have nothing on are the EverChill fridge, anything at all on the solar/ATS/invertor/LiPo/generator system (I do have a book on the gen itself, though), and the air compressor. I'm not even sure I have an invertor, since I haven't been able to locate it yet, though I assume there is one since the main AC is supposed to be able to run off the battery power. Really hard to say what else I don't have at this point, though. There are bits and pieces all mixed together. Should there be warranty registration cards for each piece of equipment? All of our other campers had those, but I guess they could be a thing of the past. We don't have a single one.
4. Last (at least for now, anyway) is how are you supposed to mount a back-up camera? Does it just get screwed to the back wall of the camper? Is there anything structural in there to hold the screws so my camera doesn't end up along the highway somewhere?
I really appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Hello Dave,

You can search for airline track tiedowns on Amazon and find an assortment of different products. When we purchased our Valor I emailed Alliance to see if they were supposed to be included and the answer was no.

It states in the owners manual that can be downloaded that you are supposed to get manuals and warranty registration cards for every item, I didn't get that in my bag either. It seems that the dealer rifles through these bags for whatever reason.

I was able to drill a couple of holes for my camera bracket and use nuts and bolts to secure using the hole provided after removing the plug. The wall is fairly thick in the rear. There was no sign of anything structural in the location that I could see.

Thanks Todd. I'll have to do some legwork on the appliances, since it appears my Owner's packet is seriously short on content. At least it has the TP holders and towel rings in it :).
