Good morning.
With heavy hearts and family health issues becoming more important than anything else my wife and I have decided to leave the RV camping world. This is a tough decision but something we both agree 100%. Right now I am posting this as a start to see if anyone on the forum knows someone that is interested in purchasing an Alliance Avenue all-access 23ml RV. After the holidays and things settle down I will post on RV trader and Facebook marketplace.
Just a quick backstory on the RV. It was purchased in February (after special ordering it) and placed on our son's lot (Colorado) while he built his home. It was mainly used as a security deterant so would-be thieves thought someone was on the property during construction. After the home was completed we thought we were going to travel north of the border but plans deteriorated rapidly and the RV was brought to Arizona and stored until just before Thanksgiving. We completed a Thanksgiving trip to Texas and now the RV is once again in storage in Arizona.
Although this is a used RV most appliances have not been used. The oven and range top have only been turned on when we purchased the RV on a pre-delivery. The outside kitchen and refrigerator were removed and put in storage and never used (I would have them re installed). We planned on using that space for our Weber BBQ. The Furrion microwave was removed from the dealer upon purchase and a KitchenAid micro/connection oven was installed. We do have a slide topper on the only slideout and we opted for the dinette with 4 chairs instead of the booth dinette it makes the living space feel so much bigger.
We have a list of other items that were installed or purchased that I will share with prospective buyers. All hoses, blocks, chocks, heated hoses, backup camera and 30w and 50w surge protectors and Dish Network satellite system will go with the RV. Attached are some pictures from when we purchased the unit and I will get more when I can get time to go to the storage facility. Again, I am putting this out there in case you are aware of anyone in the market. We also will sell the B&W slider hitch. Price will be negotiated with the buyer and I do have the title.
