We lost power to our garage, kitchen and TV outlets. Bath room plugs are working. Checked breakers and all say they are good. We are on shore power. What are we missing?

Reconfirm all of your breakers are good by cycling them just in case.
My guess is that you will find one of your GFI circuits has tripped. So check each and every outlet you can find in the rig for a GFI test and reset button. Press the test and reset button when you find them to ensure that they are all reset.

I have have flipped all the breakers to off then back on. No change. The only GFI outlets that I can find are in the bathrooms. The one in the master has a green light. The one in the garage bathroom has no light on. It has power coming to it but not to the next outlets. So with that I guess the GFI outlet is bad?

The fact that the light isn’t on is telling you that it is either tripped and needs reset at the outlet or perhaps you have a bad outlet or are missing the neutral and or ground if you have validated power to the outlet.
The other item to check would be , if these are crimp style outlets, you could have a bad connection behind the cover.

Turned the circuit breaker off and removed the gfi. This is what I found. It looks like the ground rubbed the black wires and the melted.

Well first off, I am glad that everyone is safe and the damage appears to be limited to the wires and the outlet. Fortunately, the equipment has none its job!
Now that you have found your issue, the fix would appear to be fairly simple, obviously cut the wires back to clean unmelted wire and a new outlet and you likely will be back in business. It you choose to do this your self, just be a cautious and insure line and load terminals are honored. I have found GFI can be labeled a bit differently from manufacturer to manufacture.
