We took delivery of a 2023 Avenue 30 rls, a month ago and have issue with the floor. Between the kitchen island and a slide, the floor is really soft and noisy. When we walk over it, its like a « trampoline « we feel that thie sandwich floor has a lack of support. We talked with the dealer and he said that he can’t do nothing to fix it. We email Alliance support with out any response about that……does anyone got this problem before? Our previous rig was a Grand Design and was way better built then this Avenue and the customer service was much better too! We order this 2023 rig but it arrived with china bomb junk tires instead lf Good Year Indurance and we got a tank water heater instead of a tankless on demand. The dealer again daid that he can’t do nothing and also Alliance event if they advertised in their publicity that it comes with these options. Very desapointed with this brand and also their customer service……
