2021 Alliance Paradigm 390MP for sale in northern Idaho, $67K.
Second owner, parked on our property for a couple years now. We purchased this as a temporary home for our son and daughter-in-law as they were looking for another place to rent locally. Everything is in excellent working order. It is currently not being used and hasn't been for the last six or seven months - that is why we're selling it.

Everything is in excellent working order. It is currently not being used and hasn't been for the last six or seven months - that is why we're selling it.
Over the last couple of years we have:
- Replaced the water heater under warranty.
- Replaced the electric fireplace under warranty.
- Serviced the furnace (new control board and new gas solenoid).

- I recently sanitized the fresh water holding tank so it's ready to go.
- In the pictures the two-place couch is missing from the bonus room. We had removed that so our son could put a crib in there. The couch is back in place now.
- It is plumbed for a washer/dryer but there is none installed.
- The two 25gal propane tanks are not included. I sold those to a friend.
