12V Furrion Fridge problem

All,
Just got to campground for second ever trip in 2026 Delta 321BH. Leveled and hooked up everything. All is working correctly EXCEPT the main fridge. It is stuck with a blinking #2 (off grid) on the chill setting. Will power on/off but requested temp won’t adjust. Owner manual isn’t much help from what I can see. We did have the fridge on since yesterday back home while plugged in at storage. Was good and cold before we left.

Any ideas on how to get it to allow temp adjustments would be appreciated.

Perhaps, completely removing the power to the refrigerator for a minute or two might help. I am referring to a complete power removal, not just turning it off then back on.

Probably have to remove the fuse to the refer to get complete power shut down. if everything is the same it would be a yellow fuse holder in the battery area.

So ended up completely powering entire rig down including unconnecting negative battery cable. Waited 2-3 minutes and reinitiated battery, solar control switch, battery switch and then shore power. After one small prayer, everything came on as should(yahoo). Been working last couple days just fine.

Really do wish the owner guide was set up more like automotive manufactures do and include some basic troubleshooting.

Glad to hear that your back in business! Obviously, you should not need to do this under normal circumstances, but I am glad it worked out for you.

So, to update. We had no problems the rest of the trip. We did pack up and headed home. When we got there, we plugged the TT back into shore power in our storage and noticed that once again the fridge was stuck on #2 setting. Not sure for now but have a feeling this fridge electronics really does not know how to handle going from shore power to battery/truck and then back to shore power w/o glitching. Honestly guess going to have to get used to performing complete resets b/c I am guessing I am either going to get blown off by dealer or they are going to want to tear half the interior apart to put a new fridge in and that will probably mess up some interior components from ever fitting correctly again. Afterall when we first bought the TT it was missing the ladder for the bunkhouse along with the mount straps for the upper bunks. All I have gotten since is excuses on where it is. I am not happy b/c this is a current model in production, they can't tell me the part hasn't already been made? I personally think that the dealer lost it and don't want to pony up the $ to fix situation.

That sounds like a bad relay switch? They can cause things to be spotty if they go. Maybe not?

If I understand what is happening, when you plug into shore power you lose the refrigerator but not when you unplug it? Could it be that the converter is giving a momentary voltage spike at the battery causing the fault?
