That is what I have been told before. I was just thinking maybe there was a way to do it without tearing into the cabinet wall every time I park the RV in my driveway for a few weeks. Weird that you can not just push a button and shut it down when it is not needed.

Can not even find the outlet. Someone said you have to disassemble the kitchen cabinet to get to it. I don't think the inverter really has anything to do with the fridge running, when it is plugged in to shore power in the winter driveway storage.

There is not a breaker marked "refrigerator". That was my first idea, but no go.
