A little update: Did a full on pressure test with everything in place. Had a couple of small leaks (like a drip per minute or less). Pulled it all out, re did the 3 connections that were leaking and pressure tested outside the coach. All was good and reinstalled behind the wall. Tested again...

Can't say if anything was changed in the manufacturing process, but so far, my 32RLS drawers are holding up fine. Build date was about April 1.

I don't have this model in my unit (I have the Norcold N15DC), but I've seen others with your model refer to a set of hooks on the top of the doors that would be used to put a strap (bungee?) around to hold shut while traveling.

From my point of view, basically 3 reasons: - one less thing to do in Setup/Tear-down - eliminates the possibility of having it walk away, or accidentally leaving it behind - there is really no logical reason to ever not use it, so why not hard-wire, thus ensuring it's always used?

Sounds like you're looking at one of the right ones. A gooseneck adaptor hitch, like the Anderson Ultimate, Pull Rite Superlite, or even a full gooseneck, like the Gen-Y would also work. Just depends on what you're comfortable with, your need to remove for a clean bed, and what you want to spend.

I agree with your opinion that its the vent. If the vent were operating correctly, there would be no "puff of air" ... suggesting a build up of unescaped gas.
