Bill, I have a leveling jacks popping issue. Contacted Alliance and followed Lippert recommended procedure and added stiction fluid. Didn't fix it. See Case Nos. 6386101 and 6380537. Long story short, we ran additional tests last week and sent the results and videos to Leslie Larsen. I filled out a Lippert service request but they won't schedule and Leslie is out until Jan 12. Can you assist?

Questions.

1. Where can I get a "As Built" sheet for a camper we are looking at? I think 279 pages of a PDF is too long. I rather not tear apart all the devices to see exactly what was installed. AC, Axles, Slides, Electrical stuff, etc.
2. Can i get the 18K ac unit instead of the 13K in the main room, I can't believe the cost is much more while building the unit.
