Leak at nautilus panel

Hi Guys
Have a small leak @ nautilus panel. Approximately 1/4 of an once per day
1- Only leaks in the morning when HWT is turn on (electric)
2- Have pan under nautilus panel and all water lines feeding panel
3- Every morning like clockwork the paper towel in the pan is wet
4- Touch all all joints at fittings and threaded fitting at panel, never wet or feel a drop under fittings.
5- Check every morning after starting water tank on electric around 1hr after start up and paper towel is wet and nothing feels wet on fittings.
6- Have also wrapped a paper towel around some of the fitting and paper towel are never wet.
Any comments would be appreciated. TIA

If it is consistently within an hour of startup every morning, maybe make a mimosa pitcher, park yourself on a chair at the wet bay and check it every ten minutes to see if you can see the first drop or two and get a better idea of location versus a wet paper towel. Those first few drops will tell a lot more than the whole wet towel. Can obviously substitute the pitcher contents depending on the rest of your day's outlook!

I had one in same area too. It ended up being the white hose from water pump. Had too tighten the fitting with small channel locks. Then they leaked from other fittings so had to tighten all fittings. I Should have done that originally. I did the paper towels too.

Chased a similar leak from day one. Dealership couldn’t find or fix. Someone, whether dealer or factory, had teflon taped every Nautilus to PEX fitting. Complete disassembly, tape removal, new cone washers and most of a day of labor stopped the leak.

I have a theory. 🧐 An RV water system is a closed system if you have a regulator on the feed. Water expands when heated. Water heaters heat water. 🤓 A pinhole leak may not leak at a lower, regulated pressure but may leak when the w/h thermostat calls for heat and the pressure on the system increases as the heated water expands. Just a thought.

I also think its expansion, but have to locate. Only pressure is from 12 volt pump. In the process of looking for a go pro.
