Segmenting my Underbelly project

I like the idea of that product quite a bit. In my opinion, it is a very reasonable price point on it too.
It sounds good on the surface but they are 4x8 panels that are not necessarily any easier to deal with beneath the trailer.
He makes the point it looks nicer but does that even matter beneath the trailer?
I don't see them as a total solution vs. what we have.
I guess using the panels segments the underbelly which is the title of this thread.

Agreed. Support for the panels and sealing them are the first concerns that comes to mind. I do like neat...but no...it does not matter...just me! Function trumps form all of the time in my book. But i still like the idea.

I call my wife a serial decorator. It is kind of like a serial killer, but slower, and death by a million trips to Pottery Barn and Sherwin Williams. To make the bed in the morning, to her standards, I need a stinking reference picture or like one of those quick reference guides you get with a new product. She is a form first kind of gal. One of the few areas we cannot have a conversation and has led to...lets call them disagreements. 32 years together so not too bad!

Bryan, when you meet us, you will be entirely assured that she does! I'm actually not joking when I say it is the source of arguments. I can hardly match socks and she wants me to give an opinion on things like paint colors, pictures, or a drum light. When I heard her utter drum light, it was the first time I had ever heard of such a thing, and she wants me to give an opinion. She knows how i feel!! That said, she does make our home look very nice. She's addicted to frigging throw pillows too.

Hey...a bit on tension is great for a marriage...just throw the pillows on the floor, when the coast is clear of course. Then blame it on the dog.....she always understands things if the dog does it...
Come to think of it, I haven't tried throwing up on a pillow yet.....a possible sure fire way to get rid of at least one pillow! I will have to eat some dog food, in case CSI gets into testing the contents...and no...I haven't had a drink yet..

HEY, don't knock eating dog food. Been hunting and walking all day, hungry, real hungry! Milk Bone Dog Biscuits are not that bad. Little dry and tasteless but stops the hunger. Just have to be carefull. They do swell when drinking a lot of water! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

@2 Allies @BryanValRox Reinforcing my point...Elane started talking about decorating this AM. I mentioned this exchange here about throw pillows, drum lights, and the Pottery Barn...along with her serial decorator moniker. Her response..."I haven't even begun to decorate the RV yet. I better get on that. I have a reputation now." It's a frigging sickness.

😂🤣These comments are hilarious,,,We are fortunate they are like that,,,what is so funny to me is we all can relate & yet we all have wives like this that make them cozy & enjoy our rigs as much as we do 👍🍀

My old rig, a 2008 ForestRiver Cedar Creek Daydreamer had those hard underbelly panels an I loved them for any type of servicing needed. Much easier to deal with than coraplast, for one person. Not worth the cost to upgrade though, given how poorly rv’s are built these days. I, for one, am done with doing “upgrades“ for the next owner.

Agreed! I have the best wife imaginable. But then again, I am also a near perfect husband. I always tell her I’d love being married to me.

She is the best, everything else in this post is up for interpretation.
