Washer and Dryer fell over!

On the way home from Florida our washer and dryer fell over in our 382 rk. I don’t think either was damaged because they landed on some bags of clothes and a soft sided suitcase. From what I can see the dryer was screwed to some putty on top of the washer with4 small screws. They were apparently just sitting in there in the tray and not secured to anything. Courtesy of Camping World. Can someone please tell me how they should have been secured?

Did the dryer stay connected to the washer?
We had ours installed at the factory and they used a piece of angle screwed into the top of the dryer and into the side wall of the closet. We have a 385fl and the rear bath has a separate closet for the W&D.

It happened in our 385. Washer and dryer were still connected to each other and the floor mounts were still intact. They busted the door open. No damage but I got an extended closet rod and screwed it in front of the top of the dryer.
