Under belly, Alliance Avenue 29rl

Hello, I recently just bought a 2026 Alliance Ave 29RL this past December and I its already in the shop for warranty work, mostly due to the Grey and Black tank not closing properly, having surprises in the discharge valve every single time, installed a gate valve with clear pipe to see liquid there before opening..My question is under the same discharge valve, just above it I've noticed a bulge on the covering. Is this normal? Please see attached photos.

That’s a pretty big bulge, if you push on it does it move easily? If you slap it, do you hear or feel anything laying on it?
Unfortunately, IMHO of course, this is an area that Alliance could improve upon.
There is just way to much excess wire left curled up and just laying on top of the underbelly material.

If it feels firm, poke a small hole in it with to see if any fluids come out, hopefully not!

Two things:
Make sure you don’t poke a hole in one of your tanks!😳
Secondly, I have gray liquid behind the outlet cap every time I connect my stinky slinky to my 5er. I believe there is a drain pipe in-line that doesn’t drain unless you take the 5er down the road and force the gray to the low point. Mine has never been more than a cup or so.
My solution - put a gate valve on the drain outlet that you don’t open until you attach your drain hose.
