Not that we have seen. But will re-check in early spring. Also, trying to find out when Alliance made changes because of flex frame issues early on, particularly on the rear cap.

Ours was purchased new in Jan' '24 (mfg 6/23). With >10k miles there are no visible issues.
I check the screws in the angle iron behind the couch a few times a year.
None of the typical areas have fiberglass cracks. (slide opening corners and the front bedroom area)

Clarification I called our rear wall a rear cap.
I would consider the rear wall a separate issue than frame flex. I thought the rear wall was an early issue due to not adding wood inside the aluminum square tube? I assume it was fixed on newer models like a 2024? Would be great if someone from Alliance would chime in.

I agree calling the rear wall attachment issue frame flex is misleading

This is Alliance response to my question regarding is the 2024 model frame flex or rear wall issues addressed:
“ Our rear wall assembly is still very similar to before. However, the L brackets are part of the repair process for a rear wall separation. They are generally "beefed up" when completing the repair. Your 2024 Paradigm would be under the new construction design.”

Good to know. Curious to know what “new construction design” means? What changes were made? Regardless, hopefully one less thing to worry about.

Explanation of new construction design from Alliance,
” In the repair instructions we add lag bolts up from under the floor into the wall, along with adding L-brackets to ensure everything is pulled together tightly. This is now standard practice for the construction of the rear walls to the floor. Your Paradigm should have that construction.”

Reviewed the doc from Alliance on reinforcing the rear wall interior angle iron. The thing i noticed is they don‘t mention the exact size of the rivet to use. The exterior walls on a Paradigm are 1 7/8” thick.

Update: we removed the rear couch and there is an angle iron in the rear of the Paradigm 310RL as Alliance had indicated. Checked the screws, they were fine. We just added #10 Tex screws, so there is now a screw every 6 inches on the floor and rear wall. Didn’t use a rivet on the wall. Alliance didn’t. Just used the same type screw as on the floor.
