Looking at a new Avenue

My wife Lisa and I are thinking of getting into a 29RL, we currently own a 25 262RB and love it but would like more space. Our experience with the purchase of this unit was awesome! I had questions at the dealership and they had a rep from Alliance reach out to ensure I was fully taken care of and Informed. This is 180° from our last RV manufacturer and such a comfort to us, he gave me his cell phone to make himself available if anything else popped up as we made our decision.
We camp about 40-50 days a year up and down the east coast from KW to upstate NY.
We live in NC and have a 2500HD Diesel for a tow vehicle plan on going FT in the next 5 years. I am wondering about the process for ordering a unit from Alliance and where to find the options or a build sheet.

Hi Matt,
Just reach out directly to Alliance sales at, 5742819869.
When we ordered our 2024 310 RL, I had the pleasure of speaking with April Clark. She answered all of my questions and provide a list of available options for our specific model.

I know when you buy from a dealer there is negotiation is this the case when ordering exactly what you want?

You can still negotiate on optional equipment pricing. Best to get everything quoted, and start from there.
I agree with Jim, once you have visibility to all the options that they offer, pull together a spec and shop it to the various dealers that you would like to do business with.

In our case, speaking with Alliance directly, we learned that they were offering factory installed washer and dryers for the first time. The dealerships in our area were unaware at that time.
