When I remodel houses, I do things “in case”. When I built my house, I wired for multiple laundries and plumbed and wired for an additional kitchen…..with the idea of aging in place and having options to live on either level, separate from the other. Better to have the easy option for the minimal additional cost involved. Not That many years ago, houses were built with an eye to the future with lots of comm cabling and extra electric circuitry for the coming digital age at the time. Now everything is interconnected to the web whether it be appliances, security, etc. As usual, rv makers go the cheap route on everything to maximize their profits above all else. These units cost more than lots of houses, including my own. RV makers are not going to change much, history has proven this. The choice to own an rv is taking responsibility from the get go, not just for an electric circuit, but for everything, as the warranties are a joke.
