Hydraulic slides

I have a 2023 Paradigm 295MK and it appears that on one of my hydraulic slide arms the gear teeth are separated/separating. Just wondering if anyone else has seen or heard of this happening?

Did you investigate how they are actually held on?
I have to wonder, if they are Tack/Spot welded in place or bolted on.
You can bet, I will look closer at mine the next time they are extended.

They are spot welded. It looks like the welds are good it is just that section has started to sag for some reason. I will wait to see what Alliance says about it. Just sent the info and pics today. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.

Alliance sent back that I should contact Lippert. So when I get a good email or phone number I will see what they say.

Lippert contacted me and said that this wasn’t anything to worry about. They said the spot welds had not come loose so everything was ok.

Well, thanks for posting the response that you received from Lippert. Glad to hear that they don’t consider it an issue.
