No power to receptacles at TV and beside bed in 23ML

We have a new (at least not had it out yet) 2025 23ML All Access Avenue. Getting loaded for first trip and just noted no power to receptacles at TV and beside bed. Unfortunately, we had a delay of several months getting it home after purchase and now cannot remember if I tested these receptacles during initial inspection. Regardless, they are all dead now. I think they are fed by the "general" breaker. It is not tripped and shows 120 V at breaker. One 14-2 AWG romex leaves back of breaker box and runs up out of sight behind coffee bar area, I guess?? The RV came with an inverter prep that has not been used.

I am not using the factory converter and disconnected power to it. Wondering if that somehow disconnected power to the general circuit? Does anyone have any experience in this or any potentially related issues. Really hate to take it back to dealer if it can be resolved at home.

thanks for comments/suggestions.

Hello, I am wondering if you have checked all of your GFI outlets to ensure that they are not tripped?

Sounds like those might be inverter prep outlets. Reset the inverter breaker and check the inverter prep junction box for loose connections.

You said you disconnected the factory converter...why? The converter uses 120v (from shore power or generator) to charge battery bank and it provides 12v power to the RV. The converter would have no impact on any outlets in the RV.

Are you plugged in to shore power? Have you reset all the GFI outlets?

The gfi circuits are all working. I turned off breaker to converter as we added new victron multiplus.

I have continuity on Neutral and ground from receptacles back to breaker box, but not from receptacles to hot lead on general circuit at breaker box. I assume that i don't need to do anything with the factory inverter circuit. The victron tied into house shore power wiring.

I don't have a solution but those outlets are on the factory installed inverter circuit. Did turning off the breaker turn off the power to those outlets?

Let me see if I understand. You had a factory converter (of course) and a factory inverter (which only supplied selected circuits) You removed inverter and left converter, but convert is off at breaker.

You then installed a Victron MP 3000? The MP 3000 should be wired as the main power leg to the circuit breaker. From there, the MP3000 will also charge your battery (when on shore power).

If correct, I am not sure how you are getting open grounds. Did you install the MP3000?
