382 RK Bedroom Slide Controller Location

Howdy all.. A couple of times recently, I've not been able to retract the bedroom/bathroom vanity slide on my 382RK. It's an electric cable slide, as is the bed slide on the opposite side.
Does anyone know where the slide controller is located, and if one controller is used for both electric slides?
Each time, after several attempts, the slide operated. I popped the switch from the panel and checked the connections for snug fit.
Also, on the fuse/breaker panel, there are four grouped horizontal levers that I assume are 12v circuit breakers..do you guys know what circuits they're associated with?
Thanks!

Can’t say for sure on your model, but on our 310 RL it is mounted on the ceiling of the front compartment directly below the slide. I recently experienced the same issue, and found several of the spade terminal sockets loose. I removed and squeeze the spade socket a bit tighter, this resulted in firm tension when I reinstalled them on the controller.
