32 rlts rear outlets by couch not working

The outlets by the couch (on each end near the floor) are not working. I’ve checked all GFCI receptacles I know of and reset every breaker. I removed each outlet and they are tight. The outlet on drivers side has the supply. I checked with multimeter and there is no power. Any clue where supply is?

I do have a call in with Service and should talk to them tomorrow.

Sorry for a silly question...but have they ever worked? Not sure how long you've had the RV. Next...if the driver side is supply, is there a GFI behind the TV? Are all outlets in the TV area working?

Any chance your wiring could be routed under the slide area and have a break in it?(if your model has a slide in that area.
If you have already reset all breakers in the panel and all of your GFIC are showing green light or have been tested and reset, there could be a break in the hot or neutral.
As OC s said, are things working in the TV area ok?
Have you tried a 20 dollar outlet tester to see if the hot or the neutral is the issue.

All good questions! TV is fine. It only has one set of wires. Right side lower outlet by couch has the supply wire and wire to go to left side lower outlet (I assume). Multimeter verified no power. And both outlets worked Memorial Day.

So, just a word of caution, no reading on the multimeter validates the circuit is incomplete, it doesn’t confirm if you have an issue with the hot or the neutral.
That where the tester becomes helpful.
The other option would be to use one lead of your meter in a known good outlet and check the dead outlet opposite wire. For example if you use a known good neutral and test the dead socket hot lead and get a reading you know your chasing an open neutral. And if you use a known good hot socket and the dead outlet neutral and get a reading your chasing an open hot circuit.

Thanks! I will try that.

Determined I have an open hot. But…now where do I find the end (connection)? I wonder if it’s under floor somewhere?

Well, the good news is you now know what your chasing. The bad news is that, I have no idea how that circuit is routed.
I can only suggest that you visually trace the path of the wiring from receptacle that you located the supply on.
It could be routed in the underbelly. Have you checked the connections on the actual breakers to ensure they are tight.
I had a similar problem at delivery with our bedroom nightstand outlets not working. I traced that down to an bad crimp on a molex connector under the head of the bed.
Maybe Alliance Service could tell you how the circuit is routed and if any connections are used between the breaker panel and the outlets.

The thrill of the chase! My next move was removing panel to check the breakers and connections. And check connectors. Kevin at Alliance has been helpful.
