Damp Smell in Bedroom 340RL

We recently picked up our new to us 2022 340RL. We've been noticing that when either the bathroom or Kitchen area MaxAir is running, we get us damp/ musty smell in our bedroom. The drain for the washer in the closet is capped. We can not locate any water infiltration and we just had the exterior checked and caulked, including the roof. When the fans are not running, the odor is not present. Any input would be appreciated.

Best guess, your insulation in the underbelly got wet and the negative pressure created from running the fans is introducing the odor through an air gap. You might be able to test it first by forcing air into the underbelly under the chloroplast and seeing if the positive pressure causes the odor to be noticeable where the air exits into the rig or along the edges of the trailer.

I hadn't thought about that being an issue. I will definitely explore that possibility further.

The fan in the bedroom is pulling musty air from somewhere other than the bedroom If you find nothing wet up there? Check under sinks, bathroom walls, pass through by and behind nautilus control panel, under Fridge, outside the coach in the underbelly and also the AC‘s and AC ducting.
