Starlink Cable Entry Question

I have a Starlink Gen3. On my current Grand Design I have two mounts, one for the roof and a tripod. I run the cable from the dish through the slide out wall seal. I want to have a through the wall connection , or other option that you all find to be working, on our 340RL that is being built. I'm trying to see what is working best for owners of our brand. Anyhow, appreciate it.

Just put a cat 6 waterproof bulkhead fitting through the rear wall by the ladder. It will run through a couple of cabinets to the router which will be behind the TV.

I have been using our Starlink since before we had our 2023 340RL. I thought about drilling a hole and I actaully bought the device shown below to bring it into the RV. (you do have to cut cable and punch down new connectors). However, I don't see the need, as I simply bring the cable up the same opening as the fresh water hose, and leave the router in the pass-through area. The wifi signal is great across the entire RV. I figure...why mess with a hole in the side of the RV, for little to no gain in wifi signal.

Thank you all for the responses!! I am presuming that all of you are placing your dish/transceiver on the ground or tripod mount. Are any of you using a roof mount and if so would you do anything differently?

I have a "flag pole buddy" and have used it a whopping 1 time and that wasn't even needed, as I could have just placed it in the front of the RV (See the red circle). With the length of cable being so long, I never have issue with finding a place to put it on the ground.

On a previous trailer, I had a mount for the ladder. Now I just put it on the ground. Years ago I also bought the 150' cord, so I can place it quite a distance from the trailer.

The reasons I put the bulkhead mount in is I'm not completely comfortable leaving it on the ground where it can grow legs. If need be a long cable can be attached and the antenna can be moved.
