Lippert Leveling System Question: Manual Operation Mode?

I cant figure out how to get my Jack system to operate in manual mode? I have been on the Lippert site as my 2024 295MK came with no leveling Jack instructions? Not sure why? So I went to the Lippert site to read the manual on line and it has great directions for everything you can do with the jacks except Manual Leveling? There is little to no info on how to manually get jacks down That I can find? Can someone help me? I’ve played around with the controls and can’t make anything happen but the driver side front jack to come up and down?

Here is what I have tried:
-Power on
-Scroll to manual mode
-Hit enter (screen changes and shows some numbers for left and right?)
- Push front and DS front jack comes down (then that’s it?) if I press left, right or rear nothing happens? All I can do is make the one jack go up and down?

Can‘t figure out what I am doing wrong? 🤬 Attached a picture below of what my controller looks like.

Thanks for your help in advance,

MR

If you push front and DS front jack comes down, then something is really wrong.

Does the RV auto level ok? Time for a trip over to Blue Dog.

MR, your process is spot on. My question is, are you allowing the driver side jack to touch the ground before expecting the other side to start its journey down?

They operate one at a time until they hit the ground and take some weight.

Bry,
DS strut touches down and keeps going unless I take my finger off the button.
I can make both fronts come down by not being on manual mode like I am hooking or unhooking?
Can I work front and rear jacks one at a time not in manual mode?
Thanks

Auto level works great! I can get front jacks down like I am hooking up just not in manual mode?
If I just turn it on and press front they come down as designed, can I get the back 4 jacks to come down same way?

Thanks

Are you saying that the driver side jack is trying to lift the coach on its own without the passenger side grounding?
If this is the case, it would appear you might have a valving issue. The pressure going to the DS jack should transfer the passenger side directly after grounding. Once the PS grounds they obviously should lift in unison.

What is odd to me is that you indicated auto level works without issue.

Not sure I fully understand your ask, but here is what I do in manual mode
1 Power on
2 Scroll to manual
3 Press Enter
4 Your display should have your front to back and side to side values
5 Press Front and the driver side front jack extends, when it touch’s down the passenger side begins to travel down until it touches, and at that point the front jacks start to take weight.
6 Move truck clear
7 At this point, I would lower the front to approximately level
8 At this point you should be able to press left and right(one at a time)to ground the each side, again one jack will ground at a time on the side that is activated.
9 At this point I let the indicator lights dictate which button to press to make the necessary adjustments while watching the front to back side to side values on the display until I am level and the green light comes on.

The instructions also state that you can press the front or rear and either the left or right to make combined adjustments. In this senerio front and rear refer to the mid and rear jacks, not the front landing gear.(as I understand it)
This is all from memory, so I might not have every detail 100 percent accurate, but it should be accurate enough for you to use manual mode successfully.

I’ll try it

I'm betting it is a controller fault. If it works normal in Auto level and unhitching with just pressing front extends both front cylinders. The hydac valves are opening and pressure is equalizing in order to do that, for some reason when the controller is in manual mode, it's not opening the hydac valves on the inoperable cylinders.

I would get Lippert Tech on the phone and see if they have any troubleshooting advice. They have been good to work with so far for me.

I think it just me operator error? 😂
I’m at the dealership on Thursday to fix a bad bathroom GFI before a big trip on the 8th.
I’ll have them show me.
