Warranty concerns

I have a Valor 40V13 toy hauler that has been at the dealer since the middle of October of 2024. Every time I call, they claim that they are waiting on approval from Alliance to make the repairs. The repairs needed are the led light/fan combo in both bathroom, and a problem with the patio armor doors. Has anyone else had problems with getting warranty work approved?

I would suggest that you reach out directly to the Alliance Service Department to see if the dealer has actually contacted them to open a case. Have your dealer’s name and your coach’s VIN number handy when you make the call.
My guess is the dealer hasn’t been in contact with Alliance and is using that as an excuse. If that isn’t the case, I will issue an advance apology to the dealer.

My rear bath light went out as well. Piece of ….

I took everyone’s advice and contacted Alliance. Within a couple hours they called me and let me know everything that was going on, when parts had been requested, ordered and shipped. With getting into specifics it was the dealership dragging their feet. Sound like alliance is lighting a fire to get things resolved.

I will just add my $0.0001 worth (adjusted for inflation), I avoid all dealer shops like the plaque. You are better off fixing most things yourself, if able, or using an independent rv specialist.

This^^^ Is the secret to RV success however it requires you to be a somewhat capable DIY guy. I avoid dealerships warranty or not.
I reserve warranty for only catastrophic issues, Otherwise I just deal with it myself or pay out of pocket to expedite things.

I am currently waiting on my 3 Rd new black tank in 10 months. My dealership has been great. As far as I can tell my problem lands straight on Alliance. I hope I don't have to eat my words. Anyone know who I can contact to speed up my process? Thanks In Advance

How about calling Alliance Directly to see what the status of your tank is? Have your vin handy. Have your dealer info handy and a Claim or case number if your dealer has one.
