Shower Door Holder Fell Off

Anyone know the best way to replace this holder for the shower doors? It has an Allen screw that supposed to tighten the handle but all it is doing is pushing it out. Really lame in my opinion. Paradigm 310RL ..... Thanks.

Mine had the screw stripped. Dealer replaced. I backed the screw out and applied lock tight to the screw. Blue so you can still remove, but doesn't fall off

I have the same problem with my handle and the set screw must have fallen down the drain. There is a hole behind the threads on the handle that doesn't line up with the set screw, not really sure how this is supposed to work, can anyone explain this.

M I C K E Y M O U S E is the only way to explain it. Poor design for sure.
Our’s was loose as well and came with a piece of rubber membrane folded into the handle before it was installed to take up some of the gap. Our threads were messed up, so I used a tap to resort them and was able to get the set screw to engage and pinch the handle in place some what. The rub is, it won’t pinch well or properly with the set screw engaging in threads on both sides. You would need a thru hole on one side and a flange fastener to pinch it properly.
I see the easiest fix as removing it, applying black or clear silicone within the handle and reinstalling it. Once it sets up, it will be secured 100 times better than it is now. (IMHO)

Picked up our new 2025 370FB a couple weeks ago, the hundred mile trip from the dealer to our RV Park found the shower door handle on the floor, was happy that there was no other damage to the doors. This is a familiar problem to me, as same assembly methods were used on my past Montana's. What I had, and have done was to remove the set screw, re-drill and tap a deeper hole, to allow a SS screw to be installed thru the manufactured hole in the glass door, and into the plastic door retainer. This secures it well to the door and stiffens up that whole assembly. But.... As for those plastic door retainers, they don't hold up well, crack, even this brand new one was split, waiting on a replacement....

I received a new replacement handle for our shower door and it came with very detailed instructions to install it. They recommend epoxy or glue to secure it, Ill see if i can scan and post the directions.

Hi, I have my RV in storage right now because it's winterized. When I begin to prep for the season I will post some photos.
Okay, so I have a few pictures now. I pulled the handle off to show step by step.
Align the hole in the rubber tape and the glass, and slip the handle on so that the set screw hole also aligns. Then just put the set screw in far enough to be flush with the outside. Don't set the set screw all the way to the end or it will slip off. To keep the screw from backing off, you can dab a little lick tight on the threads. If you feel more comfortable with setting the screw all the way, then buy a set screw that is 1/4" longer.
I hope this helps.
