I just discovered that my basement floor around where the hose/cable and etc come into the basement is water logged! It has leaking for awhile since it feels like a sponge.
I guess I assumed (wrong) that the tray would stop any water from going into the floor.
It appears that the plastic retainer where the hose goes into wasn't sealed and the extra water spill from disconnection/connection the hose has gone into the OSB floor.
It looks like I'm going to have to cut out a section of the basement floor and replace it. It looks like a Spring time activity.
I put white sealant to show where you need to check sealant.
