Windows Leaking

We’ve had most of our windows leaking, 4 have already been repaired and the mobile tech had said the seals weren’t installed all the way around the window. Since fixing them our two large windows in the front have been leaking, and now Alliance is refusing to fix them as well as our warranty just ran out.
The leak was pooling behind the sofa and causing mold issues until we realized it was happening! (It’s hard to see/get behind the sofa)
Anyone have the same issues with a known issue not being covered anymore? We spoke with someone when we were dealing with the first bunch of issues and he told me they’d never leave us hanging if it was a documented/known issue, even after warranty but they’ve really ch aged their tune now!

I just had two windows replaced for the same reason. Mine under warranty. You should reach out to Alliance customer service and push hard.

I believe they know it's an issue.

Who specifically did you speak with at Alliance Customer Service that refused your request?
I am currently dealing with Jason Wilson, Customer service manager.
I explained that this is a previous issue, but it’s now happening to more windows. He never replied back after telling me I am no longer under warranty.

I really hope so! After reading through a few Alliance groups on Facebook the issue with the window seals and other window leaking issues seems to be common!
