Electrical issue

I really need some help please. We are on the road for 2 weeks and my greystone stove has no power. I have a 2022 avenue 32rls. There is 2 12 volt lights under the cabinets on both sides of the stove and they don't have power also. I checked all the fuses but not sure wich one goes to the stove. All the fuses were good. I checked all the breakers and the seam to be good. Alliance will not help me at all because they say my trailer is out of warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disappointing that Alliance won’t help with some basic troubleshooting. Maybe the employees need reminded of the core values that they advertise. @Bill Martin might be able to help with that topic.
Regarding your issues, with light circuits and the stove circuit not functioning it sure would seem a power or ground issue is your root cause. Are you able to open the fuse panel and take a picture of the fuse panel and circuit list on the door? Would any of this wiring be routed up thru a slide out on your model? If so, take a look underneath that slide to see if you can find any wiring damage. Unfortunately the resources that used to be posted to this forum have been turned off as the Alliance Academy is being rebuilt. Have you tried the internet to see if you can find any troubleshooting info on your stove that might help you any? There is a chance that your stove could contain another fuse internally, but that wouldn’t explain the light under the cabinets not working. Feels like you will fix both issue when you locate the root cause. Picture of the panel will help track down the circuit I hope.

This is the panel. Maybe I need to take panel front off so I can see the wiring.

Thanks for the pictures, have you checked the fuses with a meter? If I had to take a wild guess I would check number 10 closely.(only because of what it is labeled). Or swap it out to see what happens. Sometimes these panels have lights on them to help identify the blown fuse., not sure if the other cover needs removed for that or not. Looks like one screw to take that cover off to get another view. Sometime fuses “micro crack” which is difficult to see, but can be detected via a meter and slight flexing of the fuse once it is removed from the socket.

I will do that. I didn't think about that. Thank you so much for your help.
No worries, just go slowly and methodically so you can rule fuses out one at a time.
You could also perform an in socket test on those fuses, by grounding your meter and using something small enough to touch the exposed areas on each side of the fuse rating number. Meter set to DC voltage of course, a pointed test light works well to touch those exposed areas if you have one.

Also, check the wiring under the slide. On my trailer one of the wires was catching on an extra long bolt and pulling on the cable each time the slide was extended. I am sure if I had not caught it early it would have caused an issue eventually.

Thanks for the help everyone. I have done all i can. All the fuses are good. I took the stove top off and everything looked good just no 12 volt. We just got this trailer back from the dealer because the recall on the fresh water tank. They took it out and mounted it different. Not sure if it is something they caused or not. Will take it back to them to look at it but will probably charge me a lot to fix. For the recall they had my trailer 2 months. Thanks again for assistance. Hope all you guys are having better luck with your trailer..

I suspect, since you didn't mention it at the beginning, that it has something to do with the install of the replacement tank.
Good Luck
