Brand new 2024 32RLS and the sliding closet doors are dragging the bottom, not level, and the mount is falling off the wall. The gap between the two was off about 1/2" top and bottom. See pics.
So, since I live so far away from dealer and I am a carpenter, I just fixed it myself. After removing the doors and top rail which weigh about 40# guessing, I was rather disappointed in the craftsmanship of how the 1x 3 trim header was attached to the wall. Simply a bunch of 18ga finish nails that went in about 3/8" past the trim piece; which were pulled out and not doing much.
So, I cut them off and found a couple studs and 1x4 end piece across the top. I used long cabinet screws to provide a secure base for the support trim piece. I reattached the top rail to that trim with existing wood screws. I rehung the left door, using a level this time, and hung the right door ensuring a quality gap and door line up. I just moved the barn door brackets 1/4" for fresh holes. Now it looks good and should last me a while. I guess I do not understand why workers just don't care about doing it right the first time.
