Bought avenue in October Air out, place we bought said call alliance no answer, thought service was #1, NOT

Having all AC's just go bad seems strange. Are you on 30+ amp shore power?

Your dealer told you to call Alliance? Not much of a dealership if that is their service option.

BTW...as you are enjoying the 4th of July long weekend, so are Alliance employess. I'd expect you will be contacted when then get back to work next Monday.

Hi folks, sorry you are sweltering in this heat wave.
There is just not enough information in your posting to help effectively. “Air Out” is way to broad for others to accurately try to help.
Are you able to supply more details?
Things like is pedestal power good 30 or 50. Is your surge protector ok?
Do any other 120 v devices have an issue? Is the park power voltage ok(high enough)
Are the main and branch circuit breaker on or have they been checked and reset?
Do the thermostats light up and display a number?
Are they set to cool mode
Is the set temperature below the room temp.?
Are the fans on?
Are the direct drop Luvers open?
Are the inlet air filters clean?
Have you checked to see if they are icing up?
Have you checked for tree strike damage on the roof.

I would agree with Jim having both out at once is an odd occurrence unless the common thread is power supply.
