Shower won’t work in my new 295MK?

So we took the new Paradigm out about a half hour from the house to test out the brand new rig Before some big trips.
I went to take a shower and the shower has zero water output? I made sure the water was on and the shower head button was on, and I tested it at dealer befor pick up? It worked fine?
So I know Stuff gets stuck in the lines so I broke down the head and hose (nothing) and got down to the box in the shower that has the handles for hot and cold and no water will come out of the nipple at the bottom, just a trickle comes out and I can feel pressure behind the valves but no water?

Thoughts?

thanks in advance.

With the hose removed...there is no water from main faucet? Did you check the valves in the docking station, to ensure they are set to "city water" (asssuming you're connected to city water)

Hi folks, it sure sounds like you have debris stuck within the shower control valves. While I have no first hand experience on the disassembly of the valves, Alliance Service might be able to talk you thru it or provide a link or manual from the manufacturer (whoever that may be) that might show the repair process. Or perhaps they would consider sending you a new assembly if you are comfortable swapping the whole thing out.
Sounds like it would be worth a phone call either way. Lots for owners have reported debris stuck in various plumbing fixtures.

Funny thing was there was no water under the trailer prior to take off? must Have just been trapped there water tight?

Turns out it was something stuck in the line! You nailed it! Back blew it out with air! Blew a piece of plastic all the way across the shop?
Dam near lost an eye! 😂😂😂
