My dining table was making contact with the island on my 370FB. I just remounted the table top and problem solved. This was the beginning of many other OBVIOUS items, that the quality control in the factory and dealers do not exist. If it does, they are unqualified to do the job. When you pair that with engineering choices concerning what fasteners they use to join materials, the problems can be many. Based on this forum, the only semi happy owners are the ones who can do their own repairs. Unfortunately, this is industry wide and no legislation to regulate the industry is going to help. It may help to think of the trailer as a fancier tent system. The dreams of having a fancy house you can tow down the road without problems is a utopia. The number one must, is having plumbing fittings, roof tape, various screws, and an assortment of electrical connectors. This makes repairs less stressful and much faster when they happen. The punch list (PDI) is good for at least making sure every system is working and worth the time. I didn't do it, but reading the forums says it was necessary. I think I got lucky.
