I have a residential fridge in my 310rl and hoping someone can tell me why no water is coming thru for the ice maker? Both the ball valve and the ice maker is on. Thx!

I am not 100% sure but I think by default, Alliance does not connect the water line to the frig. You will need to make this connection on your own if you want that to work.

Thanks! Did check that and actually found the supply line for the ice maker under the sink was off. Thanks again!
did you ensure the line was connected to the frig?

Yup, pulled the fridge out and line was attached. Also turned on the ball valve under the cabinet. The problem was that there is another water supply line for the ice maker under the kitchen sink that was off. Turned that on and my ice maker is working!
Perfect....glad it was that easy to fix. ICE cold drinks for you tonight.
