Our '22 304RL was having trouble with the bedroom Schwintek slide. LOTS of noise going in and out. We had a mobile tech out to diagnose and replace the gas valve for the furnace. I asked him about the slide while he was here. He took a look at it and showed me where the rail was scored and worn. He was going to order a repair kit from Lippert and found out there is a TSB for that exact reason for units made from Oct '21 thru Jan '22.

On our 22 fl385 we had all 3 replaced with the recall. I had to pay about $3,000 dollars for the parts up front but was reimbursed by Lippert not long after the repairs were made. I went through a mobile repair service.

Did Lippert cover the labor for the mobile tech or just the parts? I ask because mine is out of time (bottom rear, does not seat against the wall when retracted). I have confirmed that mine is within the recall window and that it is an inverted rack.

Follow-up...
I was having trouble with my bedroom slide and the trailer was no longer under the Alliance factory warranty. Fortunately, my trailer was part of the group covered by the Lippert TSB above. I had the TSB applied to my 2022 32RLS by my local dealer. It was in the shop for about 2 days total. Now the bedroom slide is quiet, moves smoothly, and closes flush. Kudos to Lippert for covering the cost of everything.
