Trailer nose to high

Is your truck lifted? Does your truck have larger tires than normal?

If you have leaf springs, you can do a "axle flip" to gain more height or buy larger tires for the RV.

Can you show us a picture of just how nose high you are?

For the front end of the trailer the absolute minimum recommended clearance between the truck bed rails and the 5W is 5". I shoot for 6"-7" myself. If you've adjusted your hitch and pin box to either of these dimensions then the truck suspension can be looked at if you want to look into a lowering kit. 👎
As far as the fifth wheel...
As Jim said larger tires, or flipped axles to raise the trailer. When you say flipped are the axles overslung like this? That's is about all you can do. Personally I would not put a lift kit on the suspension.
M and E is a self proclaimed suspension nerd 🤓 so maybe he has some ideas.
I saw many opinions and solutions when I "googled" "towing nose high fifth wheel".
I don't know how much you're out of level but <3" inches at the king pin isn't a concern IMHO. Meaning if you lowered the king pin <3" to make it level.
Good luck.

Does anyone know of a spacer that is engineered to fit between the base of the leaf spring and axle spring saddle.
Obviously, longer u bolts would be needed.
Only thinking out loud here. But that would raise the rear.
