Tank Fill / City Fill valve Leak

I have a 2025 Delta 292RL. Noticed a small puddle accumulating in the hose pass-through tray while the water pump was turned on. I traced the leak to the
fill valve. Anybody have a similar issue and fix the leak?

Check behind wet bay wall, particularly city water fill connection.

swivel fittings vibrate loose, hand tighten and get some replacement cone washers in case you need new ones.

jaggibson58 - I had the wall pulled out while checking the leak. All connections were dry.
