Good morning all, just picked up our Alliance 310rl Paragigm, yesterday after parking in the driveway to begin loading our gear, discovered the steps won't come down and of course the dealer is closed and won't open till Monday, I think the problem is with the hydraulic rod and the L bracket that its attached to the bottom of the steps that hooks around the steps for the assistance effect. The rod has gone all the way down to the floor, this makes the L bracket work's as a stop now keeping them from coming down, they stick like straight out, I have pulled a little bit but I don't want to damage anything, has anyone had a similar problem and what was you solution??
