We had our absorption refrigerator fail and it ended up needing the entire cooling unit replaced. We called a mobile service called RV Ready Mobile Service. You could not ask for better service technicians than Kelly and Zach. They came out to our campsite, diagnosed the problem. They contacted Dometic for a replacement unit and followed the shipping of the part. They came out on Friday and spent most of the day pulling the refrig, replacing the cooling unit, and reinstalling it. It has been working perfect ever since.
Dometic also deserves credit for promptly shipping the new cooling unit and working with the mobile techs to get everything installed correctly.
