Solved ! the slide walk and closer tolerance to rear.

oh yes.. bumps.. travel.. may.. jump the slides to the rear by fractions of an inch..

mine seem to have travelled back by 1/4 inch or so.. leaving tight tolerance gap at rear and inch 1/4 or so at front.

Sooooo.. got the slide 'walk' even after a 6inch in out in out re-learn.

Solution.. bring em in (get em in help em in) .. then check 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch finger movement in top and lower cables respectively
then dive below and hit both red buttons on the controllers to reset the sync.. as it says in the Documents of course.

now smooth as silk - consistent equal pull and motor Amp draws nice and low.. before any buzzer sounds.

Shame the buzzer cant be a more friendlier noise.. as I suspect some owners stop the pull if one or both beep at them - thinking they'll burn motors
then the pause can get them out of sync. But like Jim said.. the Amp cut out and buzzer is the best friend to motors and Owner.
