SOLAR CHARGING ISSUE

we just brought home our 252rl and the solar is not charging the batteries. the disconnect is off and inside the panel the solar is switched to on. the light on the inverter shows "bulk", please need some help!!

What do you mean when you said the disconnect off? Do you mean the 12V battery disconnect switch with the key? if so, I think that needs to be on.
