I think this is only the second or third full year for this RV park, and they have started things off right and have plans for even more amenities. We plan to make this our regular stop anytime we are in the Sioux City / Sioux Falls area. All sites are level concrete pads with full hook-ups and a concrete patio that includes a premium fire pit and picnic table. The pads are about twice as wide as our 5th wheel. There is about 50-70 feet of plush, well-cared-for grass between sites. The trees and other plants are young, but carefully maintained. After a guest leaves, a staff member almost immediately comes by to clean out the fire pit, pick up any trash, and completely rinse the pad, patio, and picnic table. There are paths for walking/wheeling/running/cycling around the lake. They seem to have a large staff of friendly folks who are constantly ensuring that the park looks its best and guests are happy. Firewood and ice are delivered to the sites on demand. There is a food truck open on the weekends with some good barbecue and a nice breakfast and coffee menu. Cell service and data connections are excellent for Verizon, T-Mobile, and Dish, and they also provide free WiFi throughout the park. This is an excellent home base or destination park!
