Good luck with the purchase. A professional inspection is a good idea, but if you want to do it yourself, you can grab my PDI doc in my signature below. Will take you about 4 hrs to complete. One thing I can't stress enough is to get EVERYTHING fixed before you sign & pay for the RV. NEVER NEVER NEVER pay before repairs are complete....and yes there will be stuff you find.

Go to Lowes or Home Depot and get yourself a moisture meter and electrical receptacle tester at minimum. Test the locations around all doors and slides for any moisture readings. You will be glad you did

Do moisture meters work testing over vinyl flooring? I’m going to inspect a 2024 310 tomorrow and have a meter, wasn’t sure if it would read correctly over flooring material?
