Servicing Slides? What Should I Do?

I have had my Paradigm 295MK for a year now. What do I need to do to keep Slides all working well?
The Bedroom slide is a BAL cable Slide and the two body slides are Hydraulic.
I have treated the Slide Seals with 3-1 Slide seal protectant.
What do I do with the Bars with teeth on them under the slide? Should I spray them with a Dry Lube or what?
What else needs to be done?
Thanks

Hey Rider,
Well, I might not follow the manufacturer directions to a tee on this one.
I take the following approach.
1. Apply rubber conditioners to all seals, bulb and both sides of the wipers
2. Apply a dry lube to all of the moving joints gear teeth, bushings etc on the hydraulic slides
3. Apply a little white lithium grease to the top and sides of the internal extension arm, but only in the area where it enters the larger square tube. I do this when the slides are extended. I had a terrible squeal when we would close the slide and once I did this the noise was no longer present.
4. Having just replaced a slide ski, I now apply slide lube to the bottom surface of each ski before retracting them. In addition, I apply the same lube( 3 in 1) to the pads inside the coach that the slide rides up on. I also lift the floor flap and spray lube all along the metal basin that the slide travels up out of when retracting.
5. Check fluid level in the reservoir.

Personally, I have found that performing these task has made the slide operate so much smoother and quieter then I have ever experienced.

As far as the bedroom cable slide ………well I am experiencing issues with it currently.
But from a maintenance standpoint , check the cable tension, condition the seals, ensure the floor rollers spin freely, dry lube the cables, lube your ski‘s if the roller’s allow them to touch a glide block.

Hope this help and also hope others might chime in with their best practices.

Thanks so much!

So you spray the rack and the gear box or pinion with 3-1?

Rider, yes. I spray the rack, gears and any rotating joint 3-1 slide lube product.
The key is use a product that is resistant to collecting dirt on those joints.

This process works for me!

Hoping others will share their best practices as well!

Got it all lubed up!
Slides are much smoother and much quieter!
Did all the seals and all those moving rail parts.

Thanks for the input.

You are very welcome!
Glad you saw and reported positive results!
I know it made a world of difference on our coach.
