Schwintech brackets

I have a 2021 Paradigm 370fb needing new schwintek tracks on the large bedroom slide. I tried the trouble shooting videos in hopes it was only a motor timing problem but when I had a tech come look at my issue it turns out my slide out came without supportive brackets on one side of the system allowing it to “slip” when going in or out. Has anybody else had this issue? Is it normal to only have one set of brackets on the slide out or should there have been brackets on both sides from manufacturing?

Not an answer per se but our previous unit had a troublesome Schwintek (Lippert In-Wall) system. I looked into the Vroom retrofit but never pulled the trigger. $$$ but is probably worth it. Use to have to go to Tucson but now there are several shops across the country that'll do the work.

I don't know exactly what you mean by not having brackets on one side. There's no mention of brackets the service manual. 🤷🏼‍♂️
I did learn a little about the system during our problems with it. One thing was that one side is fixed and on the other side the bearing block floats in the H-column to compensate for slide room variability.

Good luck with it. Winnebago used it in our 2015 but I understand they immediately changed to the similar "slim-rack" system for a year or two. Then went back to using a hydraulic ram. Schwintek was not made for a 23' long side with the kitchen hanging on it. It's a decent enough system for a bed slide IMHO.
