Roof Solar panel winterize

Jim: I thinking the “disconnect solar wires from controller” could be accomplished with a disconnect switch, don’t you think? No need to physically uninstall wiring. Also, I‘m thinking the Battleborn BMS will prevent charging at low temps, so that should be covered.
Am I far off base?
